Terms and Conditions


We will refund or replace any order of a new product that is damaged or faulty when delivered provided that evidence is given of the fault either through a photograph or by return of the faulty goods. In this instance we will pay the cost of the return postage. Notification of the fault/damage must be given within 30 days of the date of order.

With sale of second-hand items, a refund is only available if the product does not match the description given on the product page.
